REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Shipments
Freight charges are visible at time of checkout. Options for expediting delivery and the cost for each option are shown. Shipments are FOB origin. If your shipment is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the freight carrier and make a notation on the carrier’s freight documents. Specialty Solutions, LLC is not responsible for shipping damages. Customer is responsible for providing appropriate means for receiving materials.
Delivery
Specialty Solutions, LLC is not liable for any claim, loss, or consequential damages caused in whole or in part due to delay or failure to make delivery when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by an act of God; labor dispute; transportation problems; inability or delay in obtaining labor, material or products form usual sources; material shortages; accident; military action; act of war; act of purchaser; or by any other contingency beyond Specialty Solutions reasonable control. In such event, the date of delivery or time for completion shall be postponed to compensate for the delay.
Returns & Refunds
The following items may not be eligible for returns:
A return goods authorization (RGA) number may be requested via email at dave@specialtysolutions.co . You will be notified if your return request has been approved and number is issued. Return shipping instructions and information on restocking charges (if applicable) will also be provided. For any questions concerning completion of the form please contact us.
- Refrigerated or sterile products may not be returned
- Made-to-order or specially ordered items may not be returned unless a vendor is willing to take back a specially ordered item. The return of a specially ordered item is subject to any restocking fee charged by the vendor
- Obsolete, discontinued, expired, short-dated or used items
